Types of Mulch We Offer

Designer: Our Designer Mulch has been dyed in 3 colors of your choice, using EPA-approved, non-toxic food-based colorants. It typically holds the color for up to one year and slowly breaks down. It’s a wonderful product for an enhancement to any landscape.

Triple Shredded: Made from 100% aged tree bark, this is one of our most popular natural non-dyed mulches. It presents a more uniform and decorative appearance. Triple Shredded Hardwood Mulch is all-natural hardwood with no large chunks so your landscaping looks clean all year. The small particle size speeds up deterioration allowing quicker nutrient release into the soil.

Cypress: Cypress mulch is natural with no dyes. Use it for beds for weed control, a deterrent for insects and reptiles. As it breaks down it slowly puts nutrients back onto the soil.

Cedar: Cedar mulch has many pros. This organic mulch does not deteriorate fast making it last for many years. It is a natural insect repellant. Comes in a beautiful natural warm reddish-brown color.

Pine Bark Nuggets: Pine bark mulch is great for flower beds that are mostly level or where they will not easily float away in heavy rains. Nuggets break down more slowly than shredded materials, so they don’t need to be replenished quite as often. Also, they are good to use to top your potted plants to retain moisture.

Pine Straw: Pine straw is excellent for weed control in flowerbeds, keeps moisture in beds, and breaks down slowly, adding nutrients to the soil. This is a great product for covering large areas in natural areas.
